June 4th Update to Social Distancing at Mass: Update to the Social Distancing
Guidelines announced June

A communication from Bishop Gruss and the Office of
Liturgy was misinterpreted and; therefore, miscommunicated regarding our change
of seating capacity at our parish churches.
Each parish is to provide a portion of the church – with a size to the be
determined by the pastor – where social distancing and face coverings are
consistently maintained.
Also, only EMHC volunteers are required to wear masks
when distributing communion. Altar
Servers, lectors, Cantors, and Sacristans are not required to wear masks as
previously stated.
We are most sorry for any confusion and upset this miscommunication may have
caused.
